Terms & Conditions

Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, receipt of which should be within 10 working days of the booking date where possible.  Rooms cannot be kept without receipt of deposit.  Balance of payment is due on departure by cash or cheque . 

Cancellation: The deposit is non-fundable unless notification is received 7 days prior to booking date.  In the event of cancellation we will make every endeavour to re-let the accommodation, in which case we will return your deposit or part deposit thereof where applicable.  We advise you check with your insurance company if a booking has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.  

 Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is between 4.30 - 6pm (unless otherwise agreed) and departure is usually by 10.00am to allow for room preparation.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted in outside the premises. However, it is strictly not allowed in the house. 

Pets:   By arrangement - a £5.00 charge per pet per night.  No animals permitted in bedrooms.  A lovely warm boot room is available.

Dissatisfaction: We aim to make your stay at Dyers Mead a pleasant experience.  In the unlikely event that you do have a problem please let it be known to a family member immediately.  We will endeavour to redress the situation satisfactorily. 

Liability: No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any accident, injury, loss or damage to property.
